My Approach
How I Work
I work in private ancient woodland in Uckfield and Crowborough, within easy reach of Lewes, Brighton, Tunbridge Wells, and Eastbourne. Here, I invite the natural world to be part of the insight, change and growth process. Spending time in nature is scientifically proven to lower heart rate and calm the nervous system.
But this work is about more than feeling calmer in the moment. Together, we explore what is leaving you feeling disconnected, distressed or overwhelmed, and work to understand and change your personal patterns - helping you to thrive by transforming your relationship with yourself, other people and the wider world.
