Rooted and Resourced Corporate Wellbeing Support

Supporting well-being in the workplace has never been more important.

Stress levels, anxiety and overwhelm are currently running sky high across society. The pressures, expectations and responsibilities that we carry in our daily lives - both from home and in the workplace - are keeping our nervous systems on high alert. The consequences of living like this with little or no relief are fatigue, irritation, low mood and an inability to function well right through to cardiovascular disease, diabetes and auto immune conditions. This has a massive impact not only for the individual and their families but also for their workplaces, managers and colleagues.

One of the often overlooked - but well researched - ways that can contribute not only to wellbeing but also to individual staff and team performance is by inviting the brain to ‘rest and digest’ through creativity, play and spending time in the natural world.

Rooted and Resourced -Experiential Wellbeing Support for Workplace Teams

My Rooted and Resourced corporate wellbeing support sessions allow workplace teams to engage their bodies and their brains creatively to support both their personal and professional development. Participants are invited to slow down and connect with their personal strengths, resources and capacities by engaging with their creativity, the breadth of who they are and with each other. This allows them to access greater energy, self-awareness and emotional resilience which can be brought into their work and home lives.

The Benefits of Rooted and Resourced Corporate Wellbeing Sessions
